Refunds and Returns

Please contact me before returning any orders.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following products are exempt for return

  • Downloadable software products
  • Downloadable images

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:

  • Obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Damaged or Defective items

All damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days to qualify for a return, refund or exchange.

If your order is damaged or defective please contact me.

Returns Shipping

Unless an item is reported defective or damaged within 30 days you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

If you are returning more expensive items, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Exchanges

If you need to arrange an exchange within our 30 days return policy then please contact me.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

The cost of any shipping incurred in sending the order to you is non-refundable for standard returns within our 30 days return policy.

Once approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 1-3 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you havenโ€™t received a refund please first check with your bank or credit card provider as it may take some time before your refund shows on your account.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact me.

Import Tariffs

Orders shipped outside the UK may be liable for duties and fees at Port of Entry into the country. Any duties and fees are payable by the customer. Please check with your local customs office if import duties and fees are payable before ordering.
